Sunny Jim PB

The brand of peanut butter known as Sunny Jim was manufactured in Seattle, Washington by the Pacific Standard Foods company. The company was founded by Germanus Wilhelm Firnstahl. During the 1950s the brand accounted for nearly a third of all peanut butter sold in the Seattle area. The company was sold in 1979 for $3 million to the Bristol Bay Native Corp. (Wikipedia...hey it's not for school) :)

Jackfruit

This is a Thai food and when unripe has the texture of chicken, making jackfruit an excellent substitute for meat. In fact, canned jackfruit (in brine) is sometimes referred to as "vegetable meat."

I've actually had these before, or something like it. In another country. They are prickly on the outside but a melon type fruit awaits on the inside. Not too bad, if you're willing to work a little harder to peel it off.
